Ivanhoe - Passive House
Currently underway, this project has been designed and will be constructed as a Passive House.
The existing California Bungalow was removed and relocated to Malmsmury and given a new life by a new owner. The beautiful old building has traded city life with amazing country views.
Triple glazed windows from Logikhaus, Fantech MVHR, 140mm stud walls with bulk insulation, Pro Clima membranes both in and out will ensure this house meets the standards for PH certification.
